We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Dietary Aide - Full Time - Providence Location
Under the supervision of the Day Center Director provides PORI participants with quality food in a safe, sanitary environment. Must be willing to become a food safety manager. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Valid driver’s license required.
Full-Time C.N.A. - Providence
Under the supervision of the Day Center Director, provides personal care and services according to individual care plans for participants of the PACE Organization of Rhode Island.
Position: Full Time - Chief of Quality and Compliance
Primary responsibility of organizational compliance with regulatory and performance improvement standards as determined by federal, state, accrediting bodies, and the PACE Organization of Rhode Island. Ability to develop, implement and oversee PORI’s corporate compliance/risk management, quality improvement, privacy, regulatory accreditation programs, and activities. Includes collection and analysis of raw data to develop robust quality monitoring and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
5 or more years’ experience in health care compliance
Certification in compliance or health care compliance a plus (CCEP, CHC, CHPC).
Position: full time- Primary Care Physician
As the Pace Organization continues to grow, we are interested in hearing from well-qualified clinicians who are seeking opportunities in the area. The physician plays an integral role in the management of our participants. He/she will provide primary medical care, including assessments and development and evaluation of plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
We are seeking a physician who is committed to this population and who values a team approach to care. This full-time position is available when the right candidate is able to join us. PORI offers competitive salary and benefits, CME allowances and a 403(b) plan
Position: Care Partner Liaison
The ACS liaison acts as a coordinator for PACE participants who attend alternate care settings, including dialysis centers, reside in an assisted living facility or are residing in long-term care at a custodial placement level.
Job responsibilities include communication and coordination of services with families and partners involved in participants care (including the IDT), provision of customer service through prompt problem solving, education regarding contract information and serving as a liaison among all partners in care and the PACE interdisciplinary team.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 years’ experience in a health care setting
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Willingness to travel to locations throughout Rhode Island
- Valid driver’s license required
Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator- full time- Providence location
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will maintain the organizations accounts payables as well as various other accounting tasks. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures including claims adjudication and maintaining vendor relationships. This position will assist the CFO and Accounting Manager as needed.
- Experience in accounting or related field, degree preferred but not required
