Medication is covered!
Medications deemed necessary by the PACE interdisciplinary care team are paid for by the PACE program.
Nursing Home Level of Care
One must require assistance in two or more areas of activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring or eating.
Qualifying for PACE
A person must be aged 55 or older, certified by the state to need nursing home care and live in the service area.
We pick you up!
Transport is provided between the home and the day health center, to specialists and other activities.
PACE Serves Rhode Island
We cover the whole state except for residents living on Prudence Island and Block Island.
